Last updated: 28 June 2026. We handle your data in line with India’s DPDP Act, 2023 and are GDPR-aware.

What we collect

  • Incident intake. The text you type while describing an incident, and the documents we generate from it.
  • Account data. Your email if you provide one, and a browser session identifier so we can show you your saved incidents.
  • Payment data. Handled by Razorpay; we never store card details.

How we use it

To generate your response plan, save it to your account, provide support, and improve the Service. We do not sell your data. Incident text is sent to our AI provider solely to generate your documents.

Retention & your rights

We keep incidents so your vault works. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com — we’ll action it within 30 days. Under the DPDP Act you may withdraw consent and ask us to erase your personal data.

Security

Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure and transmitted over HTTPS. Please don’t paste passwords or full card numbers into the chat.
