Calm Breach

Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 June 2026.

Calm Breach (“we”, “the Service”) provides AI-assisted incident-response guidance and document drafts for small businesses. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is — and isn’t

Calm Breach generates practical checklists, notification drafts, and reports to help you respond to a security incident. It is not legal, regulatory, or professional security advice, and using it does not create a professional relationship. For serious incidents, consult a lawyer and the relevant authorities (in India: CERT-In, the 1930 cyber-fraud helpline, cybercrime.gov.in).

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing every generated document before acting on or sending it, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not paste secrets, passwords, or full payment-card numbers into the chat.

3. Plans & payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. Prices are GST-inclusive. You may cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to plan unlawful activity, to abuse the system, or to overwhelm it with automated requests.

5. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
